2 Types of windshield camera recalibration

Dynamic recalibration

A Dynamic recalibration is done while driving the vehicle on applicable roads so the camera can sync back up with the road markings and signs to properly maintain its safety features.  This is done driving at a set speed on well-marked roads and will take around 1 hour to complete for most vehicles.

Static recalibration

Unlike the dynamic recalibration done on the roadways, the static recalibration is done at our facility and typically requires a specific target image that is mounted on a stand in front of the vehicle while our staff performs the recalibration process. This process will also take around 1 hour to complete for most vehicles.
